The Northwest Training & Adjustment Board is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors which represents the communities and labour market partner groups within its catchment area. The Board is composed of representatives from Business, Labour, Educators/Trainers, Aboriginals, Broader Community, Business and Women.
There are also two non-voting members who represent the municipal and provincial governments.
As a “consensus” decision-making Board, we encourage open dialogue from all Directors in regards to training, employment and local labour market related issues in our region as well as in their own community.
If you are interested in becoming a member of the Board of Directors, please contact our office for more information.
Thank you for your interest!
NTAB is funded in part by the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario.
