Job Search

Job Search 2018-03-15T00:20:54+00:00

Search beyond the newspaper classifieds.  If you do not have Internet access at home go to your local library or community resource centre to search online for jobs.

If your former place of employment has opened a peer Action Centre, make sure to check out the resources available to you.  Take responsibility for your situation.

Ask for help.

Use the people and resources that are there to help.  Do your homework on the company you are applying to.  Customize your resume and cover letter to fit that specific company.  Prepare for your interview.
