She is an advocate for successful integration of the unemployed into NWO labour force.

Sandra is a committed volunteer for several local community organizations.

Siobain Moore: Co-Chair

Siobain earned a Bachelor of Commerce Degree at the University of Guelph, then completed Post-Grad Diploma in Human Resources Management with Humber College.

She has been employed for over ten years in various industries such as manufacturing and health care in Northwestern Ontario.

She actively participates on the Dryden Entertainment Series Committee.

Garry McKinnon

Garry currently manages a Community Futures corporation that provides community strategic planning, technical and advisory services to business and access to capital through a $4 million + loan fund.

He was a Past President of the Northwestern Ontario Development Network and Northwestern Ontario Municipal Association and Past Vice-President of the Association of Municipalities of Ontario. Garry is actively engaged in many local and regional groups and organizations.

Jennifer Greenhalgh

Jennifer has lived in Canada since 1975 and has lived and worked in Montreal, Corner Brook, Cornwall, Toronto and Winnipeg.

She is a strong, committed advocate for an inclusive workforce which harnesses the most valuable asset in Northwestern Ontario – our human resources potential

Jennifer volunteers as a Director with the Fort Frances Association for Community Living, Rainy River Victim Services Board and other professional and local organizations.

Debbie Ewald

Debbie is employed at the Northwestern Health Unit as a Program Assistant and has been for twenty-five years (Rainy River office).

She served as Vice President and President of COPE, Local 327 for fifteen years.

Debbie served on the Rainy River Town Council for one term and is currently in her second term as Mayor.

Wendy Olson

She serves as Chairperson for Literacy Northwest.

She is a member of the local Workforce Development Network and a past member of Strategic Partnerships for Action – A Focus on Workforce and Workplace Literacy for Northwestern Ontario.

Krista Ballard

Krista has worked in the Social Services field for 15 years.

She is a Life Skills Coach and the Service Excellence Facilitator for the Rainy River District Services Board.

As Employment Support Worker for the Ontario Works Program, she is responsible for the employment, educational and community participation of Ontario Works clients in the Rainy River District.

Laura Christie

She has lived in Northwestern Ontario for over 17 years.

Her previous employment history includes large corporation, self-employment, education and government.

She serve as a the treasurer for the local chapter of Aglow.

Christine Ruppenstein

Christine is the Human Resources Manager for the Town of Fort Frances. She represents the Broader Community.

Christine has a Bachelor of Political Science from the Wilfrid Laurier University and a Human Resources Diplomas from Confederation College, Thunder Bay, and is a Certified Human Resources Professional CHRP. She was born and raised in Fort Frances.
