  Industrial Voluntary Certification

  Education Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent.

  Training Hours: Complete 4,480 hours of on-the-job training and 300 hours of in-class technical training for this apprenticeship.

  Food manufacturing process operators control and supervise process operations in factories. They must be skilled at writing production and safety reports, disposing of hazardous materials, monitoring control panels, and maintaining all process components.
