The Northwest Training & Adjustment Board is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors which represents the communities and labour market partner groups within its catchment area. The Board is composed of representatives from Business, Labour, Educators/Trainers, Indigenous, Broader Community, Business and Women.
There is also a non-voting member who represents the municipal government.
As a “consensus” decision-making Board, we encourage open dialogue from all Directors with regard to training, employment and local labour market related issues in our region as well as in their own community.
If you are interested in becoming a member of the Board of Directors, please contact our office for more information.
You may also view our Director Recruitment Brochure which outlines the commitment requirements and qualifications for Directors, as well as our Expression of Interest Form.
Thank you for your interest!
